Putin, Biden to discuss Ukraine, global stability, cyber threats
MOSCOW, Jun 15 (PRIME) -- Russian President Vladimir Putin and his U.S. counterpart Joe Biden will discuss issues of strategic stability, countering COVID-19, combating cybercrime, as well as regional problems, including the situation in the Middle East, Ukraine, and Nagorno-Karabakh, Putin’s aide Yury Ushakov told reporters on Tuesday.
The Russia–U.S. summit will take place in Geneva on Wednesday.
“This is the state and prospects for the development of the Russian–U.S. relations, the main issues of strategic stability, issues of information security, issues of combating cybercrime. Specific unresolved issues of bilateral relations will be discussed separately, then the topics of economic cooperation, climate, the Arctic and, of course, countering coronavirus,” Ushakov said.
